Today is going to be my recovery day. I did a leg beatdown workout with Greg Plitt's MFT28, my legs are killing me, but that's the point.
"If you haven't seen a workout like this, then your sure your leg fucking haven't felt it."
Yup, that says it all in a nut shell of doing this workout program, but damn I always feel great doing it.
So tonight boys and girls, I rest, for tomorrow, I post.
