Dune

I finally finished Frank Herburt's Dune. I don't know why I never finished it the first time, but the book was awesome. I think both versions the movies did were close but I think its high time for a grand remake of epic perportions. Yes, I'm talking Peter Jackson style son! This book has a lot going on, no going to much detail - you must read it, that's an order - but either a split part movie or a really damn good TV series *cough* *cough* game of thrones *cough.*
Say the least I think someone who can really do a good job in translating to screen could pull off such a thing. Nolan perhaps would a good choice in my opinion due to the fact that he does movies that are heavily character driven. I'm just saying that's all.
And it would be awesome visuals too.
