Keep going.

The thought of writing and editing does keep me up at night sometimes, during work all I want to do is write, just keep writing, the editing I have fun with during the beginning, but after a few hours and so on, it gets annoying. Frankly I like to edit first, its more personal cause I know how I want the story to go. The only thing is I know that eventually I will have to ask for edits from someone else, which I know will be great and frighting. Most people know how a story should go,  but as someone who is trying to tell their story they do have what is meant to be, then again, if the person you have edit is the target audience or a professional editor, then suck it up and say thank you for your continuing help. I love criticism, even bad ones, cause it is only to make you a better person in your work. I will say that I don't do bad work to get such, but there are those who will try to tell otherwise that what your are doing is wrong and you should quit.
These people are the people you use to push yourself further than the ones telling you that you are awesome. Those people are hooked from the start, the benefit of having the people who are telling you off, are the ones you are going to prove to them that you have what it takes to keep going.
The rejection letters, the rejection of a person, the bad test grade, the nay sayer, the know it all, these are things you place up on the mantle to strive forward. You have your support from friends and family behind you, that'd covered, now you have to prove others wrong.
