So I've been trying to get into shape, no correction, I have been getting into shape. lol I've tried a few different programs, with some favorites, Kris Gethin, Steve Cook, and the new one Greg Plitt.
MFT28, what is it?
MFT28 stands for Military Fitness Trainer 28 days. Four weeks of non-stop workout epicness, lol. This is not for the faint hearted either. This workout program is design to push you to your best and last muscles. lol. I love it! Frankly I can only hit the gym once a day, not twice as is mentioned in the program start. A morning and evening train. A mostly liquid diet with one solid meal in between. Sounds easy right? WRONG!
Day one through five is the main muscle areas, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, and Legs. The next two days are a Shock and Awe, and the only REST day you will have. The workouts last long, or longer if you need a longer breather, but really push you to be the best you can be. Just look who designed it, Greg Plitt. No joke, look him up and then look at the trainer.
To put a topic to rest, you can train when ever the hell you want, as much as you want. No really, go compare workout regimens and connect the dots. They are all going to be different, intense, and/or massive. My advice is to find one that you think you can keep up with, and don't give up or stop. If you do, then you will never see what you are made of. Think about it. 30-40 mins in the gym a day, a couple days a week, for a few months, then you will be addicted. But you will feel awesome, along with sore sometimes, but that is worth it.
